A day for women only, learning to make a lifetime of healthy choices. Registration includes Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Keynote Speaker, Workshops, Health Screenings, and Tote Bag. Workshops will run twice per day. Choose up to 3 to attend. Vendors will have display tables. Keynote Speaker is Mary LoVerde, president of Life Balance, Inc.
